Trash pick up days are Monday's and Thursday’s. Trash service is provided by Best Trash and billed through the Woodtrace MUD #1.

Mailbox keys are obtained through the Post Office located at 34635 Wright Road, Pinehurst, TX 77368.

Please complete and submit an ACC application for approval prior to beginning any exterior improvements, modifications or repairs to your property.
Swimming Pools
A $4,000 refundable pool deposit is required before the application is considered complete. The deposit must be in certified funds.
Pool Season Schedule
Beginning March 1, 2025 until October 26, 2025
(including Memorial Day & Labor Day)
Open 5am - 7am for Lap Swimmers
CLOSED from 7am - 9am DAILY for Cleaning
Open 9 am to 10 pm for General Swimming
