Rachel Schmutz, Principal, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has over twenty (20) years of experience in the association management industry and over twenty-two (22) years in the customer service related industry. She has attained the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). These prestigious achievements recognize those association managers who have achieved the highest level of industry specific education offered.

Portfolio Managers – we employ four community association management professionals with combined experience of over twenty-five years. We encourage all community managers to attain their credentials through CAI and CAMICB.

Accounting Managers – we have two dedicated accounting managers to handle accounts receivables and accounts payables.

Community Inspection Team – we have two employees dedicated to inspecting communities monthly.
